Hi Angel. We have several options for membership. Seniors (60 and over), law enforcement retired or active, military retired or active, first responders, Suwannee County school board employee, Suwannee County or City of Live Oak employee pay $27.75 a month. If this package doesn't apply for you, we have other options. To pay month to month, your membership would be $46.00. If you have your monthly membership drafted from a card, we give a discount for convenience so your cost would be $39.00 per month. If you have a family member (or fiance') that would like to join as well, they would pay $26.00 for their membership as long as you are a member. All of these memberships give you 24-hour gym access and include everything we have to offer. We have a full line of weight machines, cardio equipment, free weights, fitness room with different exercise equipment, and we have a sauna. Our restrooms have a shower. We would love for you to come by and check it out! :)

We do have a reduced membership rate for family add-ons. When one family member joins, all other family members pay only $26 for membership. The regular rate is $39 drafted from a card for 24-hour access. If you have further questions please feel free to call 330-0363 or come by and check us out! We will be closed Thursday and Friday this week for Thanksgiving but normally our office hours at 8am - 6pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-5pm Fridays. :)

We have 2 yoga classes a week, Tuesdays at 4:45 pm and Thursdays at 4:15 pm. Classes last for an hour and 15 minutes. We also offer chair yoga as a senior class on Wednesdays at 10:00 am. We do not currently offer a step aerobic class however we have many other group fitness classes you might consider trying. Check out our Facebook page to see a schedule of classes. We would love for you to come by and check us out.....first class is free with a signed liability form! :)

Hi Cathy. We do not take insurance, per say. We do honor Silver Sneakers and Healthways Prime which are programs offered inside of an insurance policy. You would need to contact your provider, there should be a number on the back of your insurance card. They can let you know if you have a gym or wellness provision in your policy.

We particiapte with a company called Tivity Health - Healthways Prime and Silver Sneakers. If you will call us, we will be glad to find out if your program is eligible at our gym. All we need is your name and birthdate to verify.
