Don't buy live oak! Have had nothing but problems with mine and it started when the house was first built and they do nothing to try and help to fix it! Had to threaten a lawyer and getting DOT involved. House had mold in the master bedroom from the shower leaking that they didn't want to fix for over a year! And still having problems and now they won't do anything because its been 2 1/2 years. Will go into more detail if needed.

They were not pushy which was great. They gave us a key and let us walk around the lot. The only thing I wish is that they would post cost of the models or leave some flyers of prices and floor plans in the models.

We're purchasing a used modular home from a private seller who bought the home intially from Wayne Frier and was having trouble finding a house mover so I decided to call the Live Oak office to see if they could help. Lucky for me, Jacob was so helpful and pleasant and referred me to their trusted mover and that's one less headache I have to deal with. Thanks Jacob!!
