Being the 1st time entering this bike shop, I was pleasantly surprised with a courteous “hello-I’ll be right with you.” (This type of initial connection is lacking in many stores and especially for being a woman). Mark, the owner, finished with another customer then came over and immediately introduced himself. He asked me: what I was looking for?, what my experience has been with riding? and did I have any preferences? Within a couple of minutes Mark had me take a bike outside and ride it in the neighborhood to try it out. When I returned, I told him what I thought and he immediately had me out the door to try a second bike. His knowledge and attention to detail allowed a daunting process to be extremely easy. When I returned to the store with my wife to buy a helmet for her, once again he was knowledgeable and patient through the process. Thank you Mark for a wonderful experience!
