Rooms were quite clean, I had no complaints. Towels and pillows were fully stocked, as in they put a couple extra and the employee, Kim, is a doll. Had it not been for her, the rate wouldn't have been so high. When I first got there she greeted me very politely and even offered to step away from the counter to assist me with my belongings since I had two kids and a few things I needed to drag in. She asked if I needed a crib for my daughter, I never even knew these existed but I politely declined as to I sleep with my kids. Asked if I needed any extra pillows, made fresh popcorn. It was mainly nice since she was very personable, not like most. Also I had checked out and failed to get my luggage in my car and I left it in the parking lot and she took the time to bring it in and keep it, while I drove at least 45 minutes back. Kim needs a raise!!!

The location is decent but in the middle of nowhere. The price was pretty decent and pet deposit. The grounds definitely needs a lot of work. It was overgrown and dark. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed except the fridge was not working correctly and didn't notice until my husband got food poisoning from his leftovers not being chilled properly. Staff was rude when asked where the breakfast was being served.

Beautiful upon entrance to hotel. Needs a bit of landscaping work as the trees were in the pathways to walk and weeds were Everywhere. The back of the hotel looked abandoned and creepy. Not sure why you would pay a resort fee when you ✔️ in at 11pm and plan to leave by 8am. Doesnt seem fair to the customer! Pet friendly which was a plus and decently priced! $20 per small dog under 20lbs with no refund. The outside dog area was a bit disturbing since there was no grass (not a huge deal) but there were foxtail all over the place. As a dog owner lover and educated in harmful potential surrounding for dogs, this one is a huge No, No! They need to get their grounds taken care of! The room was cozy, good size, clean, and bed was great along with the pillows! My favorite parts were the selection of music they offered on TV and the breakfast they served! (Except for the spoiled milk they were giving out) made me nauseous most the morning since I didn't realize it right away in my cereal). That definitely needs to be addressed! Overall, I would probably stay again. Go to snaptravel or booking.com to get a better price then they offer over the phone or on there website. We saved $89.00.

Positive: Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, great pool and hot tub with a very cute outdoor seating area and grills. There is always coffee in the lobby and a smile on n the face of the person at the desk, who always had great local suggestions. We loved it!
