I bought 2 pairs of glasses at that store in the Lower East Side in February for $1653 and I still don't have my glasses ready. Its been now 8 MONTHS! Today is September 20! On the top of it, a guy named Terry GIVES an attitude each time I have to deal with him ,and treats me like I am the one who is wrong. He has some nerves! Igor the manager is there only on Thursday and seems totally useless. Now, I have My bank investigates the issue so we can dispute these charges and have me refunded. 8 MONTHS that this store have my money: $1653 and I have no glasses. That is called theft! The credit card company will be working on it. HOW SHAMEFUL! I would have never guessed that this could happen in that kind of store.

By far, the best styles, prices and super fast delivery. I got a cool red reading glasses with anti-glare/scratch lenses for $225 in 1 hour. The same would have cost $265 - and not as stylish frame - and would have been ready in 7-10 days! Also, Cohen’s customer service is totally lovely!
