Really great experience here. I did not have to wait at all to see the doctor. All three people that assisted me, were extremely respectful and friendly. Doctor gave me great advice, scheduled a follow up, and even helped me look into a new primary doctor. 5 stars just for not having to wait at all. I wish I could give 10 for everything else. Utterly disappointing experience and scams. Buyers beware. They will force you to do an extra eye exam that looks at the back of your eyes and that's no covered by the insurance and you will have to pay a great deal out of pocket for it. Said exam is on top of the annual eye exam that's usually covered by the insurance. Their excuse was because it's covid, so they can't do dilation with your pupil and they replace it with said exam that costs you extra money. This is an uncessary exam anywhere else in NJ. This is not to mention their eye contacts are much more expensive than most other places. They will give you every excuse they can think of to not tell you the cost of eye contacts they sell there until you are done with the eye exams. This level of tranparency should be alarming. If you are gonna scam, just do it with the insurance, don't do this to your customers. It's going to get you nowhere but disgruntled customers that will not come back.
