Was getting late so needed a spot. Young new mgr was helpful and polite. Park needs a lot of work. Bathroom was dirty. So many potholes filled with rainwater that I had to wear boots to get to the shower. $40 a night was excessive for what you get.

We were on our way to Galveston and we stopped for a one night stay. The owner was very polite and pleasant. It's along the highway but inside our coach we didn't hear the traffic. All the spots were pull through so with electric, water and sewer hook ups. It showers and laundry we room. Even though we didn't use the facilities I checked them out. I read some of the reviews about the laundry room,shower and toilet and said it was messy. Not for us. Very clean! I also noticed if you stay longer they even have a laundry service if you didn't want to do your own, $5 a load. I will stay here again for sure.

Filthy bathrooms, no staff available and absolutely no amenities. Ok for a single working man but NOT for family. Manager does not like children...might be better with different management. He let his own children(grown) drive ATV'a extremely fast throughout the property and when an elderly couple who had been there for quite some time complained, he yelled very loudly at them for all to hear and told them to just pack up and be out in 2 days! I wish the owner was available to see what's going on here. Is it a tax write off for him? Out of maybe 100+ spaces only 7-10 are ever occupied. Oh yea...and do not drink the water!!! It is contaminated with something...not sure what but please do not use it🙁 We then went to SunnyRidge RV Park maybe 15 miles away and it is absolutely LOVELY!!!
