Lacey and FLIRT salon worked a miracle for my 17 year old. We came in with a botched home bleached job. Uneven places that looked like a cheetah. It was a disaster. Lacey color corrected with amazing skill. She brought the hair back to a single tone. The salon even had someone run out to get the rose gold my daughter was looking for. Hello Emily, we do not offer perms. I would recomend calling Altered Ego Salon in Tempe. I know in the past they did. I'm not sure if they still do though. Please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with. Thank you for your inquiry.
They strike me as allies, but I dont have any personal experiences to vouch for. For hair skills, I've seen 2 different stylists there and I feel they'd be able to handle that no problem.
