Edit 2022**: Well I have been trying to make a service appointment for 4 days now. The online system can’t find me to make the appointment and every time I call, it disconnects right as soon as I hit the option for the service department. I can’t schedule online, I can’t call, I guess you can’t take my business then. It’s a real shame. Edit 2022*: The service manager reached out to me regarding my negative experience and promised to take care of me personally. Will await the next trip to see if they can win me back which I'm hopeful after the positive conversation I had with the manager. Edit 2022: After a few years and after several amazing staff like my service advisor have left, Autonation Honda Chandler isn't a dealer I would recommend. They don't have enough staff to book and work on cars in a timely manner, you can't actually get them on the phone to ask questions or make an appointment, most of their service staff are unprofessional and immature and the dealership is gross compared to their competitors. The express waiting area is akin to dentist office in Tiajuana. While they did fix and service my vehicle this last time, I will be looking for another dealership in the future I think. It's a shame too, they really seemed to care about me and my car before and in the last year I dread taking it in. If I could only work with the service manager then I would consider coming back because having a 19 hot shot with zero respect for the customer working on a rare limited car is unacceptable. Just took my 2017 Civic Type R in for it's routine maintenance and Keith at the service department was fantastic! He engages in conversation, remembers what I've been up to and wants updates and most importantly takes care of my car with the best attitude and expert knowledge!

Buying experience was fine, the sales staff was friendly but misleading. They really shouldn't pressure you into a warranty plan for non-Honda vehicles if they can't back it up. The service staff couldn't figure out a tire balance issue that Discount tire fixed in minutes. Also, The purchase came with a free oil change and that was a terrible experience. My first try, after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, they finally told me they didn't have the right parts and to try again. Constant excuses about it not being a Honda. When they finally took the car back a week later, it took them over 2hrs to do an oil change and more excuses about it not being a Honda. Then the tech was nice enough to leave the nav with directions to a Kia dealership. Heaven forbid anything wrong happens. The expensive warranty is pointless.

This dealer won't assist you with anything. They seem to refuse to refund money they owe me and reported them to their corporate office naming the 2 managers i have spoken to. Good luck
