The worst company, they are disrespectful, they treat the client badly after they take your money, they break everything and then they don't want to pay you. I have more than two months to go after them so that they pay me what they broke me and for what I pay for sure and every day someone says something different, nobody knows anything and everyone is badmouthed. I ask him to speak with a supervisor and there is never one available they are the worst pls pls pay close attention to the reviews.

I have to say that although I saw some not very convincing "reviews", my overall experience was pretty good, although they took longer than the scheduled time (originally 6-8 weeks and took 3 and a half months) but my boxes arrived almost intact. Everything arrived well including a fairly large painting, it was very well packed by the company and at the last minute I changed the delivery address and they took it to the new address. (PR to NC) Thank you!

No it can't, you need insurance and plates from NY or NJ depends where you will live.
I was charged a flat fee when I took my two boxes directly to their office in the Bronx. When the boxes arrive to the destination, which is in Miami, I am going to pick them up myself and there is no additional fee. If they should pick up the packages directly from your home and deliver it directly to the home in PR the fee is much higher.

Because they opened every single box stole what ever items they wanted then Threw what ever remained in other boxes breaking a majority of what was left!! Then boxes we're filled to the top when they arrived they we're half empty!!! @frangel ortiz you have to ask those thieves that question and please file a complaint so they will be Shut Down!!!
