I dont want to sound like a Karen, and hardly ever give reviews. I went there to dine in yesterday and ordered a personal pan pizza. The waiter came back and said they don't have any personal pan crust. I asked what do you have. She said medium pan. She came back and said they don't have it. I said I thought this was a pizza place. So I ordered a medium thin crust. She came back and said we actually have one personal pan left. I said ok. Then I also ordered mozzarella sticks. She brought me cheezy bread and called them mozzarella sticks. No kidding. I told her those aren't mozzarella sticks. She took them back and I never got them. I gave up. I asked how much longer. She looked at me and said, I'm sorry. She never I guess told them. I said that's OK I'm done. I also nicely said, I will never come back here for sure. She told me to have a nice day. That was that.

We ordered the wings on special $.70 each is what our server said so we ordered the 36 piece bone in and a tea. They were very good, as usual! Our server was very attentive. However, when we paid our bill it was $68. So apparently the special was the boneless not the bone in. We paid the bill, my husband thought it included another party at our table so didn't think anything of it. After talking to the server, we discovered the discrepancy, he offered an apology, nothing more. Even after pressing the issue to make it right he just said he was sorry. Sadly we will not be returning to this Pizza Hut.

It's been a long time since I've had pizza hut in Cleveland. Have to say I'm a little disappointed. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and there is like 5 pieces on it. More or less this was a cheese pizza. Also ordered Garlic sauces and paid for it didn't receive it. I'll be sticking to Domino's from now on.

I have ate here multiple times and it was always good until today. Why would they even send this burnt pizza out. I couldn't eat it.
