Sometimes I wish there were more stars to give or every contributor is allowed to give an extra star once a month or something or for every 20 posts cause this place deserves that. Drinks were excellent, food was superb- there specialty shrimp Royal Red Shrimp are worth the splurge- get the 1 lb it’ll not go to waste I promise you. Also we got hush puppies which were incredible but way too small 😂 and cheese mushroom which clogged two arteries but was worth it. I got the Mahi-mahi, my friends got the stuffed flounder and pecan crusted snapper- each was incredible! Service was awesome location is out the way but great views. My food pictures suck because we drank too much and food was too gd I forgot to get the pics 🤦🏻♂️ You can bring your fresh catch up here to grill up for you as well.

The budan balls were great! The entree and sides were bland. Very bland. I never add salt to food, but this needed so much so that there was any flavor. The location was great. The outside seating was fantastic. They have benches that are rocking chairs which was really fun. If you get sea sick, it may not be as fun. 🤷 One other place the restaurant stood out was the staff. They were very disinstristed in doing their jobs. They were not particularly friendly and not even helpful to each other. I saw a waitress holding a tray at the door waiting to be let in. A customer had to come over and lend assistance despite seeing a few of the staff walking by. I don't think I'll be going back.

FANTASTIC !!!! The food was absolutely amazing. We went here because we saw it on The Texas Bucket List and were in Kemah for the day anyway. The wait staff were so fast and efficient from seating us to the delivery of our drinks and appetizers to bringing out our entrees after we had finished our drinks. If you're in the area I would highly recommend Topwater Grill for some of the best seafood in the area at a very reasonable price. PS.....you really should try the stuffed mushrooms and the shrimp coleslaw, it makes a great meal on its own.

It's a bit out of they way but it's totally worth going. We have been here 3 times and it's always been fantastic. Coconut shrimp were cooked perfectly and the mango habanero dip is not over spicy but adds a great flavor Crab stuffed jalapeños are outstanding Shrimp brochette were soooooo good My wife loved the 3rd reef pasta... loaded with seafood... For those looking for low carb options they allowed us to swap out rice for vegetables Will be back again soon
