Set up another checking account for my new job last week. Told the employee at this branch that I will be depositing a check in that account the next day. They put a hold on that check, which I found out they do for two days when it's over $1,000. Waited two days then called customer service. They told me it will be in the next day, waited the next day and even gave them another one. Called customer service after 4 business days passed. They put the check on another 5 day hold without any explanation. They also transferred funds from my savings into my new checking account without my consent and notification. Trust is lost with this bank after moving my funds around without my consent, what's going to stop them from taking money out when they please? Great way to treat Veterans Navy Fed, will be changing banks ASAP.

Talking to a manager is like talking to a Walmart manager. They try to make it like it's your fault when it comes to direct deposit on your phone. The teller says just down load the app take a pic of your check and you will have$225 instantly. LOL..The jokes on you customers! They don't exPLAIExplainANYTHING!! UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE!! SCREW DIRECT DEPOSIT!! AND PLEASE!! CORPPRATE PEOPLE DON'T TREAT US LIKE IDIOTS!! NOTHING!!

If you bank with NFCU, please go to the Chandler location. The Mesa branch lacks tact and class. Their lobby always has a wait. I recently visited to pick up a cashiers check for my rent. I went online and filled out everything. Not only did they not have it ready, but the young lady had the nerve to say out loud “you don’t have enough in your account”. For starters, it was already deducted. Next time, try doing a little digging before you shout out embarrassing statements. Branch manger, sounds like a learning opportunity for your employees.

Very displeased with customer service. We have had an account for 10 years with them. Went in to refinance our loan and because they have been to busy with refinance requests we were told we have to meet a new softcap to be qualified. This would of been normally ok, but we've been a navy federal customer for 10 years and our softscore was 3 pts under their cap. We will be moving to another banking company very soon and will no longer do business as this was very unprofessional for long term customers. Note: we went through another company and found out our score was well above their softcap.

Yes, but they will not notarize personal docs like Living Wills, Health Care P/A, etc. Same at nearby AAA. Had to go to UPS at $5 per.
Yes
Yes, they have bill pay on their app.
If you mean shared banking, like multiple users for 1 account, yes.
Pretty much any credit union...also on the app it will tell you any other location that will be free
Yes you can up to 30 bills per deposit. If you're putting more than 30 bills you can do a second transaction or third.
Yes. So do other ATM's in their network. You can find locations on the Navy Fed website.
