It's been a few years. They never did the work. They sent my documents back to me claiming they are not the correct format. But this is the only format that was provided by the government duh. I called many times, but they refuse to return money. And it's a lot. Scammers

Tried their service payed $250, mailed documents to their office in Canada, waited for 3 months they didn't do anything. Spoke with their customer service and no results. Cancelled it still waiting for my money back minus their fees... Charging top dollar for NO SERVICE. save your time and money Don't make the same mistake as me

This is one of those situations where I would rate 0 stars if I could. I made the expensive mistake of not reading these reviews before spending $505 on a full credential evaluation report to be sent to my top university choices. The credential evaluation report produced by WES contained many errors and took much longer than their website said it would. When I contacted WES's customer support, the representatives could not have been more unhelpful. WES sent a new report immediately to the universities after correcting just one minor issue, without even reviewing the rest which were major issues, nor even notifying me of the change. This resulted in confusion at the admissions offices of the universities I was applying to and jeopardized my applications. One of the new paper copies that was sent to me was covered in coffee stains, really unprofessional. The conversion errors were so bad in the credential evaluation report that I had to ask the universities to ignore them and had to use an alternative conversion report instead. I got nowhere with WES support. I didn't even get a response to my queries, just simply ignored. That's $505 spent on an unusable credential evaluation report that's not even fit for purpose.

Take your money and run!!! I mean it - sprint as far away as you can. This 'business' has evaluators that are too lazy and unprofessional to even assign credits to foreign transcripts despite this being their only job. There are so many one-star reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints- save your time and money and find a different organization- any organization has to be better than what I've encountered. I got a response saying that my masters degree did not 'lend itself' to having credits applied to it, despite it coming from a top 100 university worldwide, a top 13 faculty of education worldwide, with clear coursework, thesis and 86% overall grade which earned an academic award. This laziness, incompetence and unprofessional attitude has caused me endless complications with my teaching employment certification. Despite lots of effort to contact them, I discovered today that they dismissed my query (closed my ticket) without informing me, even when I'd previously called to find out what was happening with my dispute. Their big cop-out is to say their evaluations are not 'binding'. In othercwords, they're not accountable to answering for their slack and useless evaluations. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time.

Wait until it arrive. Or go online pay the required amount to store your evaluated credential copy electronically.
No you its written in their webpage that you cannot submit the documents in person.
