Poor service from the bartender on staff. Extremely unprofessional.

One word, Shame, if I would be one of the waitresses who "served" us during this Labor Day I would be embarrassed and feel very bad, but they didn't seem to care. Today we brought our friend to treat him for his birthday to our favorite restaurant that we always enjoyed. Our 2 year old daughter was with us. We were one of the first tables to seat inside, there was no menu brought to us, I had to grab it myself, we waited 10 min for high chair. We were very patient, we saw restaurant got crowded after we came, so we knew kitchen and our waitress are working hard to get all the orders, however after an hour of waiting, we saw everybody who came after us getting orders but we still were waiting. At this point my toddler started to cry for food pointing at others peoples plates. I tried to give them chance to fix the situation, we came few times to ask about our food and wondering why we are not getting it although people who came after us already eating. Our waitress was busy mixing drinks at the bar and seemed to be bothered that we are keep asking, she gave excuses that probably because our order is bigger it's still in making, but that wasn't true, we were table of 3+ baby versus table of 5 people came after us and already eating. I asked to at least bring our baby food so she won't cry, they said sure, after that, 20 min passed and they brought food to 3 more tables, but they couldn't make grilled cheese for our baby. We had to leave when we were told again to wait 5 more min, again, waitress said she doesn't know what to say and all we can do is wait, she didn't care and wasn't apologetic. This was a birthday celebration for our friend and it was our go to place before this incident. I once saw something like that happened there before with another table, people left because their brunch food was still not out after an hour. Now this happened to us and of course we won't be coming back. If I would be an owner I would definitely look into this situation, this is not the first time, who knows how many people had similar experience and decided to take their business somewhere else. Again it's a shame, we loved the place, but this disrespectful and unprofessional attitude we experienced from staff today made it impossible for us, as well as our friends and their families to come back.

They have an outdoor dining shed. Well ventilated.
Make sure you have "Google My Businesss" app. That allows you to control your own info and make posts and add pics. As one of your customers I'm happy to come by and show you what I do for my business.
I didn't know the restaurant had one. I never went indoors. Are you talking about the play? I am sure it is available in whatever store in the theatre district is selling souvenirs. Or, get crafty. I am sure someone at Michael"s can help you with supplies! Let us all know where you purchased a bag. Take care!

I suggest parking across the bridge and taking a bus or jitney across the bridge.
Janet, the restaurant typically prints the specials menu each morning. In fact, I've come in right at opening and they weren't ready yet. So, you may have to wait to find out and have a Christmas surprise :-) At this moment, it isn't published on their website.
