Made reservations weeks in advanced. Called back a week later to find out we “weren’t on the schedule” so we made reservations again with a large deposit. We showed up at 10am, our scheduled time, and no one was there. When we called they said they didn’t plan to open until later due to the weather because we couldn’t race while it was wet. At the time (10am) it was basically dry and warm, but ok, safety first. We’re a bit annoyed that they did post anything or notify us. But, it gets worse. Then told us to come back later in the day and if the weather was better we could race. Well, we showed up at 3pm, while it was a downpour, and guess what? They had the carts going at full speed with a line of people. Basically they didn’t want to get out of bed. If it was the owners decision, that’s just bad business. If it was the employees, they should be fired. On a good note, we saved $600 by not doing gokarts.

We were here for a family reunion and had lots of kids with us on 7/16/22. “Bennet” and another young guy were the staff. There was little to no instruction with our first round of kids (just the recording playing with no instruction to listen). And on the second round with new people from our group showing up, the recording wasn’t even played. Because the kids didn’t get sufficient instructions, a few small kids (ages 5-8) got stuck on the railing. Because of that we then had a pile up with almost all the cars. This was met by threats and rudeness from the staff saying “we should have already kicked you out” and “one more like that and you are done.” Still no instruction or help for the little kids, just negativity. We were SO excited and overall had an okay time, but the customer service/professionalism could have been MUCH better. It’s sad when the staff, not the experience, make the time a negative one. Better staff and we would’ve given a 5 star review.

Fun for adults and kids! They have pillows to put behind the kids so they can reach the peddles. Tables in the shade for those not racing or waiting.

Who says that you can’t have fun at 90 years old or 3? Our group ranged from 3 to 90 and we had a blast! We did 2 15 minute sessions and the pricing is reasonable for a summer tourist destination. The operator was awesome and so helpful with the young ones and grandma!

They were open on the 23rd. I can understand how it is hard to reach them by phone, though. Just one guy running the place, he stays very busy. I do recommend you keep trying, though. You wouldn't want to show up when it is reserved for a private event.
No you dont have to. You can though, if you wish to have it closed for private parties.
Warren is right, the tires are pretty sticky and stay grippy on the track. These are fun go karts!
They're not busy enough to staff it normally now, but if you call them ahead of time, they may set up a time to meet you there and open it up for you.
$8 for a ride of about 10min
