They sure charge a lot for a basic canvas tent with beds. No shade. One of our tent windows was ripped out. Three stars for pleasant staff and good location by Bear Lake.

Such a wonderful experience!!! I’m not very good with camping… but this is sensational, our family stayed in the wagons, and it was magical, the night sky was dreamy the perfect end of a busy lake day, roasting mallows by the fire, with all the prep stuff done for you!!! June 2022.. My family and I only stayed one night in the covered wagon, we were on our way to Yellowstone the next day. What a dang cute place to stay!! It was so cozy and the kids loved all the different activities they had to offer. So many fun things to do and a lot of ((Clean)) bathrooms! The staff was so great, doing what they could to make our stay extra nice and comfortable. Their gift store/ check in area is so cute!! 🥰 They really have made it a nice, friendly place to visit. We will be back, and we will stay more than one night. 😉

We had a wonderful experience at Conestoga Ranch. We were only there for one night as we started a road trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone but would definitely come back and spend more time. The tents were cozy with comfy mattresses and a heater for the chilly evenings. We received our "smores kit" and roasted marshmallows by the fire. It rained in the morning, and it was quite nice to sleep in with the sound of rain on the tent (and staying dry, of course). Both our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were truly wonderful; some of the best food we'd had in awhile and the fluffiest pancakes! Morning yoga overlooking the lake was a nice touch too. Bathhouse was very nice. Nice playground and "bull roping" for the kiddos. Hubby took advantage of the bikes and said they were one of the smoothest rides he's ever taken. Would definitely love to return!
