Ordered a "Double Classic" sandwich without sauce. Received a "Regular Classic," which for the price, and the amount of meat was lacking, I would have happily paid more for more meat. Sandwich was luke warm and disappointing. Picked up my own food to ensure a hot sandwich. The Chocolate shake was good.

Always hot food! But man, do they need to do better on trying to fake the smiles. Seems more rude than just not smiling. But understandably, they were a bit busy with some other rude customers. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just hope they don't always take out one customers frustration on all their other customers.

The staff there is always so friendly! not to mention when I do decide to go inside & eat the lobby & bathrooms are super clean. I can tell they pay attention to detail bc as someone who has worked in fast food I can tell you their drink station including the nozzles and drain are so clean. I'd almost rather drive to the one in showlow than eat at the one in Taylor.

My dad wouldn't shut up about how soft the buns were at this specific location. I agreed but of course wanted to experience this devine bun myself. I can attest to his provocative claim. The buns were very soft and bordered on an exceptional experience. However, it's probably only available at this specific Arby's so act fast. Don't let life pass you by without trying and original beef and cheddar with these exquisite buns.
