Unhappy. They tried to sell me parts/services I did not need. They claimed that my vehicle filter usage was not correct. Said they check manually. Hummmm, how did they manually check my fuel filter? Sorry, but lying service techs will never touch my vehicle again. BTW, watched them try to sell brakes to another customer that did not need brakes. Too bad.

Ive been going to multiple jiffy lubes in Tucson for 5 years & decided to try going to the Showlow one.. I had the worst experience here. There Customer Service was terrible, we came here for an oil change & they made us wait 40 minutes just for them to change the oil filter and top the oil off with a completely different oil. They never asked us if we wanted that done they just did it and then charged us for it. I wont be coming back.

Update #2- realized whoever put our air filter back in did not do so properly. We had to fix it ourselves. Very much reconsidering coming here again. ____________ Update: this was our third time using this Jiffy Lube and this time was a bit disorganized even with many people working. Wait time longer then usual even being first in line. I will be back a 4th time but hopefully with better results. Good thing was I saved 25 dollars on our full synthetic oil change. _______________ Went here today. We liked being able to stay in our car while they did the oil change. Got the full synthetic oil change which means we don't have to get another one for another 7,500 miles. We paid almost $100 for it, took about 15 minutes total. Service guys were nice, just wish they gave us a little more in depth explanation about our slight transmission leak they found.
