Great selection of grass fed and prime steak. Their burgers and sausages don’t have any unnecessary additives and they are so welcoming. Highly recommend and based on the bone in rib-eye I had tonight it is the only butcher I’ll go to going forward.

It is a small local business that hires a bunch of local folks. I came to support my local business, then I found a wonderful store that has delicious foods. I love the old fashioned lard in tubs; I find their beef burgundy surprisingly good. I can not wait to try their bone broth. great place to check out.

Whole animal butcher. Everything is locally sourced. Sebastien and his team are knowledgeable, skilled master butchers. We’ve recently moved from the immediate area and still take the 30 minute drive for their quality meats.

Every employees as well as all our customers are expected to wear mask and follow social distancing. We clean and sanitize the store throughout the day and do a total clean up every evening. Finally we offer hand sanitizer for our customers at check out.
