Terrible experience. I requested a refill two days before a trip and they did no deliver as promised and nobody dare to call me. When confronted the only thing they suggested was to transfer me to another pharmacy. So much for client service.... Unreliable provider

UPDATE: I'm moving them up to 3 stars for 1 reason...the owner called me after this review alerted him to my experience, and gave me an earnest and heartfelt apology and let me know he would go above and beyond for me should I choose to use them in the future. That goes a long way if you're running a service-based business. That being said, while I'd love to be able to give them a 5-star review, the fact remains that my experience is still my experience here. Perhaps I will (warily) give them another shot down the road after their kinks have been worked out and addressed. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE. I don't understand all the 5 star reviews here. This place is the most disorganized service I've ever seen. Deliveries don't show up, or get delivered to the wrong apartment #s, or get rescheduled day-of, etc etc. I've had a standing monthly delivery for the same prescription to the same address for 6 months and somehow they manage to screw it up every single time. Not once have they gotten it right, and they said it's a "known issue" that they are working on with their courier service. Really? It's been half a year. I'm done wasting my time calling in and trying to solve your errors 3rd Ave Apothecary. Switching to Capsule.

Great pharmacy with better drug prices than CVS, and a staff that is kind, helpful, and accessible.
