Every time I order through the app and pick up my food at the ETA, I still wait about 20 mins for my order to come out and every single time, they miss atleast 1 item. Management and employees need to be trained or swapped out. They lost a customer for sure this time around!

the food was absolutely DISGUSTING, the workers weren’t doing their job, they were messing around the whole entire time.. FIND BETTER WORKERS… they do nothing but mess around.. worse place ever to get food ..

We waited 25 minutes. Then saw the "cook" wipe his nose and face with his whole hand....then proceeded to cook without gloves! We got our money back and left. Never going there again.

I purchased almost $100 in food tonight and was very unsatisfied. I ordered on the app and used the delivery option. The delivery time was said to be 617pm on the app and food didn't arrive until almost 630pm. When I received the food the door dash driver didn't even ring the doorbell to let me know they had dropped the food off. I brought the food in and it was missing multiple items that were supposed to be in the bag. I had to then drive back to the store and try to get the order fixed. I got to the store walked in and waited in line until I was next. So at this time my food has probably been sitting in my bag for 20 min. I tell the cashier my situation and she says well we can replace the missing items. I explain well at this point the food is cold and I feel you should replace the order. She then goes to get her manager. The manager becomes out and doesn't greet me or show any sign of customer service and her first sentence is are you the one with the messed up order. I responded yes and I'd like my order redone along with the missing items. She says well we aren't supposed to do that but I can give you the missing items. So I ask her we are supposed to eat cold food then? She looks at me for a few seconds and says I'll do it this time but we aren't supposed to. I wait another 20 ish minutes and I get my order, with no apology from the manager or anything she had one of her employees give it to me. Apparently customer service @wingstop is not trained or is very lacking at this location. In the end it took over an hour to get my order and I wasn't treated well at all. Hopefully this review helps other people in the area and I will no longer use the door dash option and possibly no longer use this location.

This location will never open, they are just going to keep pushing the open date back stringing us all along.
