RUN... IF ITS NOT TOO LATE! Terrible experience! First, I told numerous people there that I already have an electric toothbrush and then they snuck a $135 electric toothbrush on my bill. They snuck $30 toothpaste on my bill when I said I didn't want it. They "accidentally" put double the charges for my cleaning. Notice a theme here? I went to all of my filling appointments and cancelled my cleaning visit. When I set up my dental plan in March I told them I had to have my cleaning done before June because I'll be out of town for a few months. They rescheduled it twice days before the appointment. I had already called off work and everything. Constantly cancelling at the last minute and then saying the next appointment is over a month away, after I already waited months. I waited 3 months for a cleaning appointment and all they do is cancel and push it further months back. And then I get my bill for just the filling appointments and it is over 4X HIGHER than the estimate they provided me, this is even after the cleanings and the electric toothbrush and extra charges were taken off. I was also told all of my scans were free and I was charged for two. Billing is really messed up here. They lure you in with a lower dental plan estimate and then jack it up after the services are complete and say there is nothing they can do, and try to blame it on insurance. Don't go here, they will overstate what your insurance will cover and leave you with a shocking bill, which is way higher than what you agreed upon at the start. I also contacted billing and they wouldn't answer any of my questions and just kept saying we will send you a copy of your bill. I was told I signed the dental plan, which is an estimate so regardless of the amount due, even this ridiculous amount, I am stuck with it. Avoid this place! You may think about going to Aspen because you can easily make a same day appointment online or it is really convenient, but when it comes to billing time, that is when they screw you. Billing department is really rude and keeps telling to call back in a week and then another week and then 45 days and then says they cannot do anything else. Seriously, go somewhere else, this place is ridiculous! I regret going here and now I am stuck with a massive bill 4x higher than the estimate. I understand that estimates are an estimate but over 4x the estimate is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I couldn't recommend strongly enough to avoid this place. My experience was and is atrocious. First, they claim you have LOTS of dental work you MAY not need, then recommend financing the services through a bank they get major kick backs from. The primary dentist is young and inexperienced. I fell for the whole routine, ended up getting practically all my teeth drilled, and now my teeth are worse than they've ever been in my life. I still can't eat hard foods, and it's been a while. Gum and food get caught under my filings. Cold water is still a no go. Filing material was and still is coming off of my teeth. Set up an appointment for a follow up. THEY CANCELLED. Twice. Even though I took time off from work. Oh, and the best part? Got a bill for $600 after they assured me I paid the full amount a month after the mutilation. And how exactly would this be resolved? 'Come in! Give us another chance to make it worse?' No thank you. You've done plenty. I feel like this is an episode of botched, tooth edition! Be careful when choosing a dentist.

Aspen is possibly the nicest dentist I have ever been to. When I needed to get in on no notice, they were able to schedule me in on the same day I called. Their atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and the staff went to work for me when I struggled to sort out my insurance. (Also, the staff gets serious bonus points for being LGBTQ+ friendly.) The facilities are very modern, with all the amenities you could ask from a dentist’s office. When I saw the dentist, he was was very thorough in his analysis of my problem, and he immediately got the ball rolling on sorting out some damage another dentist had done. All told, I would definitely recommend Aspen.

Dr. Kioko was great. He explained everything in detail and did an excellent job pulling my tooth out,. He was really gentle and caring. Today, a day after the procedure, I feel just a little pain but normal. Thank you for taking care of this issue. His assistant was also nice.

They offered it to me but I asked for an anxiety med because I am so scared... they gave me a med that you take an hour before and it makes you not care what they do to you... you are awake but you don"t remember anything....lol
