This is a very good job. I have been here 3.5 years and have always been treated fairly. I work 3rd shift. I will recommend this job as long as your interested in and looking to work. We go 12 days straight, meaning every other weekend off. That is for Assessembly. If you don't want to work that much other entery level positions like cold Stamp, hot Stamp or metal finishing might be for you as they get more weekends off. Communication in interview would be recommended, as there are entry level positions in many departments. Assessembly is usually the busiest department. We run all 3 shifts full time. Sometimes you can get someone to cover your weekend, and that's ok, but unlikely that it will get covered every week end. Overtime after 40 hours or as lands on your weekend to work, usually on Saturday, and double time on Sunday. We are an international corporation and you can transfer to other countries. Countries like Morrocco, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Brazil and some European countries and more. We are also located in different states within our United States Border. We offer very good blue cross/ blue shield health insurance, that includes dental and optical, at A very reasonable average price of $50.00 per bi-weekly pay check. Paid vacations and holidays. One paid medical day, one paid merit day, 401k account with company match to a certain percentage, yealy profit sharing bonus, we supply all PPE=sleeves, gloves, hearing protection, masks, and eye protection at no cost, offer uniforms they dry clean and press for you weekly and have delivered to the plant for your confidence, $100.00 for asteel toed work boots once a year, employee appreciation catered lunch twice a year, Tuition reimbursement as many of us attend Owens Community College or Bowling Green State University. We have Hot Stamp, Cold Stamp, Assessembly, Metal finishing and Quality Control departmental options. Also positions as line leads or Supervisors. Weld techs, logistics, forklift drivers, inventory specialists, tool and die, maintenance, journeyman, and controls. Robotic of course is an intrest. We support and promote family values and the family unit, and we have several couples that work together. You can even have a friend or friends apply with you and you can work together as long as your doing your job and not horseplaying as safety is our priority, along with quality and production. We employ people of all ages, so if your middle aged or so, you will fit in better than you might think and we have very young employees experiencing this as their first job. We have annual company picnics and rent VIP rooms like the Mud Hens Stadium, Hollywood Casino Toledo, and Toledo Walleye VIP rooms for the Christmas party where we raffle off gifts like big screen T.V.'s and electronics. Call offs are not tolerated. 5 point system. Direct hires online or come in and try it as a temporary employee through Cardinal Staffing , Northwood Oh or Express Temporary services. We have approximently 150 entery level positions available as of today, 7-28-22. Starts at approximently $18.50 per hour. After 90 days you raise to $19.25 or so. And a $1.00 raise per year for next 3 years then capped off for entery level positions. After 90days you can change departments or apply for promotions of higher paying positions. 🤗 Welcome.

2nd shift CS. Not a bad temp job once your trained up and into the flow of things. Greg is a good supervisor to have. All the leads are cool, laid back and helpful. Tandem line is cool.
