The ambience of this place is amazing, the one drink I did have was delicious I believe it was the island siren. It can get really crowded if you don't call for a reservation be prepared to wait for a seat standing up, but none the less a return to spot for sure

Great cocktails and atmosphere! Definitely will get packed in the evenings, so make a reservation or go early! Note: There is only one unisex bathroom available there, so plan accordingly.

You can make reservations, but table service is for dining. If you make a reservation to go and have drinks it doesn't reserve you a seat, it just allows for prioritized entry if it's busy.
They check ids on entry.. but you could just tell the bouncer that you are there for dinner.
