As apartments go, this place is pretty terrible. They gave me the go-ahead to move in before APS approved my account and then charged me a $50 fee for them having to "cover" the small charges from APS (which they made me pay). Multiple door latches didn't line up and had to be repaired. And it's a "gated complex," but the whole year I lived there I only saw the front gate closed once. There is a complex 100 feet south of this one that charges slightly more ($100-$200/month), but it is only a few years old. Their facilities are much better and did I mention NEW? For the price, Adiyamo is an absolute joke. There are far better places to live.

I love the community and my apartment. Very affordable and comfortable living. Staff is very kind and on top of things, The grounds are immaculate and neat, maintenance has always provided quickly timely services. I've never seen a rat or even heard talk of rats and I've been here for 7 YEARS, the only rats are the flying pigeons.

If I could give this place less of a rating I would. Me and my husband wanted to rent here but we didn't. First off I believe that they have a rat problem like some of the other reviews say, the reason I believe this is because when my husband asked if they had any pest issues the first lady my husband spoke to was stuttering and directed him to speak with the assistant manager Jessica. Once speaking to Jessica he openly asked her if they had any issues with rats and mentioned the reviews he saw her response was "if you saw the reviews, you don't have to take it if you don't want to take it" referring to the apartment. After this conversation and feeling that we were in the wrong for asking we still continue the application process. The second issue was the rent price change, we initially was quoted one price on their website that we selected and filled the application out with that selection but we received an email today requesting more information which was information that we had already provided to a different staff member. The email also included a higher quoted rent price. Noticing this my husband called Jessica to ask about the rent change and to address the requested information and once on the phone he was met with a rude and disrespectful Jessica. In my opinion there were some racial undertone when dealing with Jessica because every interaction that we had with her felt like she just didn't want to rent to us. I wish she would had just turned us away from the beginning cause now we have wasted money on an application fee and our time.

Adiamo is a great place to live and relax. It has everything I was looking for to meet my needs. Maintenance is well kept on each building. The location is perfect for commuting and close to shopping - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
