Had a situation with them the first time...but this time didn't get his name. He was one of the openers sitting behind the partition on Saturday am. Good job! Went back after a long time looking for the new iPhone deals...I have used Verizon for about 20 years or more and you never get a clean clear deal. They need to get that extra few hundred out of you...have to think it over.
