Terrible customer service. I was told 20-30 minutes and the Pizza took well over an hour to arrive. The pizza was cold by the time it got here. The delivery guy was rude and inconsiderate. I had to call 3 separate times to find out when my pizza would arrive and the employee on the other end was extremely unprofessional. If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. Never again will I order from this establishment.

I have been going to Lucas, for a very long time and the food has always been very good. On this one evening, I order a large pizza. After getting it home and starting to eat my son noticed that his slice had a fly in it. I called the manager at Luca to explain what had just happened. I was then asked if I wanted another pie. I stated that I did not, but they should refund my money back to me. At this point, the manager got very upset and stated that if I want I can call the health department and nothing would be done as there isn't a restaurant that doesn't have some kind of bugs flying around. I don't think I will be going back there. But please beware of what you're eating.
