They are open 7 days but do close for vacation. I was there today, Aug 15, 2018.
You have to wear a mask staff wear masks no more than 5 customers allowed at any time
Not other than the street itself. I recommend arriving early in the morning if possible.

I don't think so , because I asked the last time I was there and they said no. Maybe it's changed , this was last year
No minis, but the regular size ones are the best you are going to get anywhere.
Asked them once. No deliveries. Cash only. But you can order in advance & have it ready for pick up.
The recipes do get passed forward when the business changes hands. Different bakers have different touches with the recipes & may source ingredients differently. Perhaps you should mention it to them on your next visit.
