I wanted a cake for my next door I was her birthday neighbor the gentleman there was so nice I asked him if he had any pineapple cake he didn't have any at the time he was so nice enough to say I'll make you one right away and he did which I appreciate it and I love that about customer service thank you so much

The cashier was nice and welcoming. I was bamboozled when I purchased two slices of the tiramisu. The cream tasted like a mixture of licorice and cheap rum

The pastry I got had rotten strawberries inside, it may stayed there for a week probably. And I asked specifically, if they were fresh. The employee rounded her eyes implying that it can't be the orher way. I wish I've read reviews before entering store.

The absolute worst! Was that real cream on my pastry or some abomination made with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil? I spit it out and will never go here again. Plus they were rude as hell. There are so many other amazing Italian bakeries in Brooklyn. Don’t waste your time. A shame because they were once good decades ago.
