I booked a deep-tissue massage months ago, carved out time from working. I then needed to reschedule the date and then the time, per the therapist's request, twice. Today I drove 20 minutes to arrive at my appointment and be told that my therapist was out sick, and that the receptionist apparently dialed the incorrect number, which didn't have a voicemail, and didn't attempt a second time to confirm she reached the correct number. 40+ minutes of my day wasted, when I rarely take time from work. No attempts whatsoever by Massage Envy manager to reach out.

Just like the other reviewer Susan, I too paused my membership during Covid as I have underlying conditions and prefer not to be up close and personal with outsiders. I too checked my credit card statement and saw that they have been charging me for the past year, despite our agreement to pause my membership. $540.00 in charges. I never gave them permission to unfreeze my membership and begin charging my card. I reached out to Jessica the General Manager & asked them to refund my money. She told me the same thing about the signed contract (precovid) being in effect. She told me that I had until 10/18/21 to use my remaining sessions and that I could transfer 3 of those sessions to someone else. How is this helpful considering we are still in a Pandemic? I don't understand why I can't put all of the remaining sessions on hold until this pandemic is over. Terribly disappointed in the lack of understanding during unusual circumstances. Not sure what to do at this point to get refunded or sessions extended.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The service providers are amazing and knowledgeable..i always get the best massages and facials every visit..Everyone is very professional. I wont go anywhere else for these services..

I had a regular 50min facial. The stuff we’re nice and told me all the information, my facial were amazing, she cleaned out my face so nicely. Already have my next appointment. 👍🏼💖
