There were up to 11 people standing in line waiting on ONE teller... ONE!! after 20 mins there was a second brought out. This is unacceptable!

I went to the bank to cash my check. Thanks to policies in regards to covid-19, all customers were required to go through the drive through. I placed my check, Drivers Licence and debit card in the tube and sent it, and, to my horror, the tube got stuck in the pipe leaving me effectively stranded at the bank with no legal way to drive home. The manager told me that the technician would not be able to arrive until at earliest tomorrow morning, but worse yet it could take Monday (three whole days) before they arrive. Needless to say, I'm very upset, as I might have to take time off of work if I don't receive my belongings before Monday. I also had other plans this weekend that required the use of my vehicle, and until I get my ID returned, I have to cancel those plans. I'm hoping for a satisfactory conclusion to this problem, as I'm strongly considering closing my account and banking elsewhere. Clearly they are not doing proper maintenance on those vacuum pipes, and I was the unlucky victim of it. Update: I got my stuff back first thing the next morning, so I decided to bump it up a star. Still a large inconvenience, but thankfully it's over with.

I had a terrible experience with this branch (not my usual one) while I was trying to get a printout of my checking account since i couldnt reconcile my acct register. The woman that answered the phone (after having it ring on and on) was rude and couldnt seem to understand what i wanted so i asked for a manager. twice. she kept giving me excuses until i told her "i dont care, just get me a manager," and that is when she hung up on me. What a horrible way to treat a very old customer.

WORST BANK E V E R! I was so pleased with Wells Fargo (I have been a customer for 5+ years now) until this weekend. Everything I've been using my card for has been charged TWO or THREE TIMES! When I call, they just "submit a claim" and I am told I have to wait 7-10 business days for my claim to process, and then it can take an additional week to get my money back.... OH OK. My account being NEGATIVE because of YOUR awful system means now I have to borrow money from my family in order to survive.... Thanks Wells Fargo! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

As long as it is unexpired, you are required to have two unexpired IDs to check cash.
