Peach, I think the front desk ladies name was WAS. A. PEACH. I went in here around 1 am petrified of my air bnb stay due to cleanliness issues looking for a place to stay. They had no vacancy and had computers down and couldn’t look into next day stays at the time. This lady calls around to every nearby hotel looking to get me the cheapest deal even just for the night so we can find a place to stay as we’re here for a week. The fact that she even picked up her phone to call all the managers she’s friends with to help me just made everything better. I’ve never had such good customer service, especially at a hotel chain. Thanks again!

We had 2 rooms. The hotel passed the lobby was dirty, run down , and needs updated bad! Furniture was falling apart and missed matched. Pool was dirty. The ice machine had moldy water. Roaches was found in my sisters room. Customer service was poor. Several messages left for the area manager no return calls until my sister wrote a review on line then she got a call from her.

Our room was nice but there was a smell we couldn't get rid of. May have been a smoking room at one time. There was no chair for the desk. Had a nice stay it wasn't busy at all.

Perfectly good stay for a business trip. The hotel has great home-cooked breakfast options that change daily. Great location, large spacious rooms, quick and easy access to dinner. Quiet hotel. Friendly staff. They do need to update their carpet. - the one star.
