ordered online 40 min ago and they have not started cooking. Called them and it rang for 10 min.

I use Domino's every single week (8-12 pizzas each time) to serve hot lunch to our small private school in Williston. We have done this for a long time (at least three [school] years). Williston has almost always come through for us - an occasional late delivery (have you ever had to tell a lunchroom full of students that their lunch is "on the way"?), but seldom a real problem. Lately, they (like many of the rest of the retailers and restaurateurs around here) have been having "staffing issues". I have been forced to order my pizza supply from the Pearl Street Essex Junction location (more on them later), but I work really hard to "buy local" and support Williston businesses so I kept trying to order from Williston. Their online ordering has been "not available for this location" more that it is available. Future ordering has been unavailable more than not. And the one time (before yesterday) that I called to place an order at 10:45 I was crabbed at that they don't open until 11:00 (which I could not find anywhere on their website). They didn't suggest I call back or offer to take my order to be placed promptly at 11:00...just crabbed at me and hung up on me. So, I've been ordering from Pearl Street...until Monday of this week. I HAD to try Williston again. Their online ordering was live so I went for it. If they open at 11:00 and start making the pizzas right away, 23-25 minutes (according to the time estimate on my order before I pushed to complete-order button) should leave enough time to cut, box, and deliver the pizzas by 11:40. After all, this timing has worked almost flawlessly for years. By 11:20, the status bar had not advanced beyond "Prep" so I started to get nervous. I called. The number listed is their national number so I had to listen to all their ads before finally getting to choose an option on the call tree. The call center couldn't help me (of course, that makes sense) so she routed me to the local store during which my call was abandoned in some buzzy static limbo; not on hold, not a ringing that would lead to a human either. Then the line went dead. I called again, listened to all their national ads again, requested my local store again...all the while the progress tracker never left "Prep". The guy answers. He tells me that they don't open until 11:00 and that there are several orders but mine is in the oven and the first pizzas are being cut "as we speak". I offered to come and pick up the order in hopes of shortening the lag (2 minutes before the bell rings and the lunchroom fills with hungry students). We agree that it's fine for me to do that as it may shorten the time by a few minutes. So, as the bell is ringing and the students are filing into the lunchroom, I race out the door to go pick up 10 pizzas. I arrive at the shop and am told that there are still three pizzas in the oven. By the time I arrived back at the school, the order had taken more than an hour to process (nothing even close to the 23-25 minutes quoted when I placed the order) and the lunch period was over. One more stress-inducing failure of the Williston Domino's. When I contrast that with my experience at the Pearl Street location (always friendly, always have the pizza ready when they say they will, and always the same to nice guys), I realize that if I'm going to keep using Domino's for my Monday pizza lunch, I have to give up on Williston. I can give Williston one star because the guy on the phone was (sort of) courteous and one star because I did indeed get my 10 pizzas. That's the best I can do. Until they resolve their staffing and customer service issues, I would not recommend the Williston location to anyone I want to stay friends with.

Even with several unusual crust/toppings combinations they have not made errors in my orders. Compared to other restaurant take out orders I've picked up that have errors probably a minimum of 25% of the time, they have yet to make a mistake in my orders over the past couple of YEARS. Good job!

Ordered online using a coupon, and it was ready in 15 min. Pan pizza was cheesy. Very little sauce. Crust gets browned and tasty. Little greasy, but that’s because there’s so much cheese. This space used to hold a locally-owned pizza shop, and I was bummed when it turned into a chain. But I have to say, it’s cleaner than Rocky’s ever was. Has dine-in tables which I’ve never seen in a Dominos before. Friendly efficient counter service.
