Yes, Wifi is available in our office and our front desk staff would be happy to help you connect when you arrive for your appointment.

We like to be mindful of our patient’s time, so our usual wait time is less than 15 minutes.

No, all patients must schedule their appointment in advance.

In some cases, we do hold telemedicine sessions as a part of the consultation, but this depends on the location of the patient. All other appointments, treatments, and procedures must be held in-office.

While some patients do get referred to our office, we accept all patients – with or without referrals. If you would like your insurance to cover your care, please contact them directly to inquire about referrals and the specifics of your coverage.

When undergoing fertility treatment, patients get the full amount of their medication to avoid needing prescription refills.

To reach billing, please call the front office and they will be able to connect you with the right person.

We recommend that all patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment.

We always confirm appointments in advance and prefer that patients cancel or reschedule their appointment 24 hours in advance. However, we do not penalize people for no-shows.

Please bring in your ID and insurance. Any prior medical records should be sent in beforehand.

We do perform bloodwork and a variety of other tests and procedures within our office.

Yes, we accept cash-only patients as well as patients with insurance.
