Great service and good business to take your vehicle to get it cleaned

We went through the car wash and it didn't clean the back of our SUV at all, there were also bugs still on the windshield. I was going to ask if I could go through again when one of the Leads, Emanuel, offered to help. He hand cleaned the back area, the front grill and the windshield. He was so friendly and helpful! He turned a not great experience in to a great one!

They trick you into paying for a $10 per month promotion for 3 months and when you renew it they tell you and assure you that you will be charged the same. Unfortunately they will charge your card $44 per month and when you contest because you made a decision based on wrong information they provided at the time of renewal they have a general manager calling you to tell there isn’t anything they can do about it. They further make it your responsibility to remember the name of the delinquent employee that gave you the wrong information instead of hinting their mistake and that of who they hire. The general manager for this establishment went on to even suggest that the consumers are ripping off his place of business. What happened to America 🇺🇸 today. Some Businesses no longer honor their word and that of whom they hire. I guess they keep doing because we allow them to get away with it. My advice to the public is that sweetwater Windermere location at least is a place to stay away from. Please share with as many people as possible to make more people aware of the dishonesty of some establishments today and consumers be ware
