So I was getting mini-splits installed but my house is old and didnt have any room for extra breakers. My hvac contractor referred me to an electrician that wanted $1500 to replace my panel. This made the project un affordable. So I called Primary hoping I could get some options. They came through for me. They told me to installed a subpanel and use that for the basement and my old panel for my first floor. They sold me everything i needed to do the job at a way better price then home depot. Then watched a youtube video on how to install a subpanel and instaled it myself. Then had a licensed electrician come inspect my work and I was done. Total project cost me $200. ($100 for materials and $100 for electrician) Saved $1300
