I recently tried Samara to get B12 injections and other information for botox, lets just say both my experiences with Michelle were not how I thought they would be. On my first visit I had an appointment and I was hoping to ask her some questions, she tells me she is too busy and has back to back clients and I can ask the girls in the front. From there we did decide on the B12 injection and thought ok maybe she is having a bad day. So the second visit came for my shot and I had Michelle again and she tells me I should call before my appointment because again she is super busy and that they would of told me to come in later. I really bit my tongue on this one-I have an appointment and I need to call prior? That's not how this works. So I have been disappointed with the customer service from Michelle and decided to go somewhere else. I know its just a shot but I might of got some other stuff as well if she was helpful. The girls in the front- thank you!!!! You were all so nice to me and I appreciate that. Thanks Shelley B

I didn't like it, they were very irresponsible, they charged me 100 for the appointment, the lady to check on me made an appointment for Monday. I called for what time they could see me and they told me that I didn't have an appointment for Monday and if I went another day, they would charge me about the $4,000 was Very INE grújete I felt Described a bad experience
