I stayed there for 2 nights. We were charged for 3 nights. I was supposed to be refunded or the hold on my account was to be released. It has been 3 weeks. I called over the last week and a half and tried to speak with the manager. Left several message she never returned my call. After finally speaking with her she claimed she released my funds. But my bank said she didn't. It has never this long for this type of transaction with my bank. Her conduct was extremely unprofessional. She had plenty of time to return my call.

Platinum elite here. Second time stay not as great as first one 30 days ago, which was more than acceptable then. This property is set back into a wooded area but convenient to shopping and restaurants. Pretty quiet. Some of the rooms are really beaten up. New carpeting and clean furniture would be a plus. And, as with many of the older properties, the bathrooms are in need of updates. Internet sketchy and tv service unreliable. It’s obvious that frequent Inspection for quality control is not happening as maintenance is lacking. After third try, I was given a room with everything functional and not next to the elevator. Management made up for the issues with points which was appreciated. Won’t stay here again and would recommend avoiding.

Service was helpful, but the room was pretty disgusting. There were stains on the bed skirt. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling and being held together by tape. Bathtub had rust around the drain, and the room had a general odd smell. We considered taking the loss and booking another room for the night. Will never stay here again.

Mr. Braggs at the bar was awesome. He is probably the nicest, most attentive person I have ever met. But that's about the only positive time I had staying at this hotel. Room 200.I received an upgrade because of my Bonvoy status, but I wish I hadn't. Very dim lighting in the shower, and the hvac filters in both rooms were the dirtiest I've seen in quite some time. The hvac in the living area had 1 filter missing as well. I had some office work to do and was planning on doing that in the room. Unfortunately, with the filter being so dirty, I couldn't really breathe while in the room. I cleaned the filters myself and had to run the AC while not being in the room to make it comfortable to breathe. I ended up doing my office work elsewhere and some at their bar. I had to sleep with the window open due to the air quality of the room. When I brought this up to the front desk, they apologized and said the housekeepers were supposed to clean them daily. As you see by the picture (side by side, one I cleaned and one still dirty), it's at least been 6 months since these were cleaned.

No, the parking lot is standard... probably a bit smaller than normal.
Yes they do allow dogs but I believe there is an extra charge to bring your pet. Call them to confirm.
