It’s just a chaotic mess here. Came in two people waiting - was told to pick a color and sit - I did after about 10 minutes another person walked in workers said 4 people ahead of you it’s a long wait. Then a women walked in and sat beside her friend - they called for the next person and the lady that got up had just came in. They took her even though she wasn’t here. They need a ticket system or something else - people are rude the honor system is gone - this place has really gone downhill over the past few years - prices up yet service down Then when they are ready for me they call someone else first - I had to explain I was here first and I get an attitude - my pedicure was done before the lady who had a 20 minute head start got her dip finished - you’re lucky you even got a tip and to huff at me that my top wasn’t enough just proves how unprofessional you are - gratefully had a coupon so only had to pay $10 for this worthless pedicure

i used to go here all the time and they are great at nails but the worst staff. they are so rude and they book appointments they cannot keep. i will not be returning after how rude they were to me yesterday. this place needs some help organizing.
