Opened a new account and was suspended and had my account closed within a week. Called several times and went in branch and no one knew how to help fix my account. Truly terrible service all around. Worst bank I have been with. 0/10

I Went to this branch to deposit a check and after standing in line for quite a while, I get in front of a teller who refused to deposit my paycheck into my account. She was very rude and demanded that I Use the ATM to deposit my check instead of just doing her job and serving a customer. I do not recommend this branch at all. In fact after this experience I'm considering finding a new bank.

So disappointed. I deposited a check in the ATM machine. The machine shut down and didn't give me my check back!. I called customer service and they said they will submit a claim that it would take up to 10 business days. I explained that I need this money to get food for my children but no help.
