Was a 5 star rating however I can't walk in to adjust/update my insurance anymore?! I now have to call to adjust my policy?! I think not I'll go elsewhere

I did not Talk to an Agent. Filled out a quote online that was WAY over priced. Will not be buying from Geico. I have always like them but after this Quote don`t need to talk to them anymore. I can not say anything about the Agent though.

I called this local office to get insurance they gave me a quote on all of my vehicles a week later I tried to activate the quotes and they kept going up on the prices after arguing back and forth about the quotes they have giving me I decided I would go ahead and pay the additional fee just to have them tell me they cannot cover me because I have too many vehicles. And they can't cover my type of vehicles what? What kind of excuses this they provided me with quotes and now cannot produce the coverage I will never use these guys not only that but I plan on filing a complaint with the state of Florida and also speaking with my attorney and see if I cannot file a lawsuit against them for incompetent quoting. Apparently Misty quoted me two different policies and they could honor neither one of them and their excuse was she is new also their rep Chris handled a lot of my stuff as well and he is no better than Misty both of them need to learn what they're doing before they give you a quote
