The rooms were clean and the bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was complimentary and provided an assortment of foods including eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt etc. I gave only 3 stars because the pool was a big disappointment. While my grandchildren were enjoying the pool a large group of 7 young adults and an older woman entered the pool area without a key and took over the pool for at least an hour. I know they were not guests as some of them got in the flat bed of a pick up truck and drove away. .I let the desk know but nothing was done, suggesting they have some arrangement with management. Also the fabric of all of the chaise lounges were ripped leaving only chairs to sit in and there was squished fruit and a sharp nail on the pool deck.

Great stay overall. the pool was nice. Breakfast was unexpected, was really good. Got to make own mini waffles 🧇, had begals cereals eggs and sausage. Room nice and clean Shower was solid Service was helpful and friendly

Best bang for the buck close to the National Parks. Clean facility with a pool, laundry room, free coffee and hot chocolate. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is a little general store in the lobby. The lobby also has many places with couches, tables and chairs to hang out. Very nice!

Great hotel! We loved being on the top floor (4). Easy walking distance to the grocery story and everything else in Kanab. Try to get a north facing room for much better views. Decent hot breakfast and coffee/tea/hot cocoa in the lobby throughout the day.
