The staff here is horrible. Room ok. But don’t stay here. There are so many other better options. Two employees at this particular motel were beyond rude, incompetent and double charged us for “incidentals” and a hotel fee to park the car! Seriously it’s a comfort Inn not a resort. Please save yourselves the agony. Go anywhere else. Support the cute mom and pop motels that are still thriving in this otherwise wonderful town.

A toilet overflowed in an adjacent room and it stunk like sewage. The pool isn’t actually open because there is a broken pump. We left after one hour with the promise of a full refund. After leaving, they called and said that we would be charged for one night because we “used” the room. Our kids got changed for the pool that ended up being broken, and used the bathroom. That’s it. This hotel is dishonest and dirty. I wouldn’t ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

Very nice staff, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Terrible food. We had three rooms reserved for months in advance. When we arrived they gave my teens ground level rooms and tried to put us on another floor. I was told it was crowded with a large group of traveling kids coming in, so giving us priority was a problem. They Did get us another room clear at the end of the hall, right next to an exterior door that was broken and swung open and slammed shut all night long. It was very sleep disruptive, and must be a violation of safety. The pool was not open for spring break even though it was in the mid 70’s. The hot tub was a disaster of broken dirty parts, no water. Another night a group of jeep owners was there for some cool event. They hired an overnight security guy. The jeeps were all parked on the end of the building right by our banging door. My daughter came all the way down the hall to get me to go to the car to get her phone charger. Security guard followed her all the way and then stopped us to question us at our own car!!! That was creepy and ironic. The hotel is so un-secure the Jeep owners had to hire security to make sure the other group of teenagers didn’t touch their jeeps, or leave the hotel at 9 pm? What the hell. Can’t blame them for bringing him on for protection, but he seemed to need to validate his employment by being an overzealous creep. Over all I’m glad to be gone. Fix the damn door.

I was considering going to the laundromat but the hotel has a laundry center. The detergent dispenser is broken and says to go to the front desk. I went to the front and they did not have detergent nor quarters, which is very inconvenient. I should’ve gone to the laundromat. I put my laundry in the washer before going to the desk, and the washer had dirt that stained my brand new clothes. Update as of the next day: I went again to ask for detergent and they had some. I had to pay for it, which is fine, but I think the first box at least should be complimentary. They probably had some last night too, but the man didn’t want to deal with it.

Yes all our rooms are suites. They all have microwaves and mini fridges!! Also have a couch that pulls out to a bed!!
Outdoor. They have a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. We found that it often goes unused. When we were there the waterfall on the pool blew the breaker. It had gone unnoticed. The hot tub and pool were so cold because the heat was off. The pool drops 10-15 degrees every night because the nights are so cool.
