Riverwalk is such an amazing quiet place to live off campus. Less than 5 minutes away from WCU and tucked away in the perfect distance between sylva and campus. The staff here is also always on top of everything and never fail to assist residents when needed in a quick efficient manner! Anytime I have any issue with anything maintenance they always get to me within 24 hours and truly go above and beyond. I love it here and cant recommend rw enough!

We originally chose Riverwalk because it is one of the only places in Cullowhee with balconies/patios. Our dog loves to sit outside and people watch. But we're so happy we decided to go with them. The apartments are bigger than you expect based on the pictures. There is a gym and a nice pool. There are dog walking areas with poop bags and disposal buckets. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The maintenance staff are friendly and respectful. I've never felt unsafe being alone with them while they work. And they're quick. I've never had to wait more than 12 hours for them to respond. The most refreshing part is the office and maintenance staff though. I've lived in many complexes across the country and Riverwalk had the nicest office staff I've encountered so far. We've only been here since August and they already know our names. They're so friendly and welcoming even when they're super busy. The office pets are a plus too! Not to mention the compliance with ADA laws and accommodations for disabled residents. It was so easy. No arguing or debating about the law. It's refreshing having people that know the ADA and don't treat you awful. I've even had office workers offer to help me get packages to my door. I would definitely recommend.

Glad my daughter chose Riverwalk for her off campus housing this year. The office staff is super nice and helpful whenever I called with questions, especially Jacob, and I called with many questions as this is our first off campus apartment experience. Move in day was a very smooth process and the staff were around all day offering help in whatever way they could as well as providing drinks, bottles of water if we needed them. I was very pleased with the size of her room and bathroom and the furniture was nice and in good condition.
