First & foremost, I can’t say enough about Scott and Jeff. They were professional, courteous, and willing to help me as best they could. I had a headlight get hit by a stone and brought my truck here after another repair shop (rec’d by my dealership) quoted me a crazy price to get it fixed. Not only did AAA Car Care Plus quote me a very reasonable price (I had looked up the cost of a new headlight assembly from Mopar) they offered to try and get the light in next-day. After a delay from the dealership they called and told me they had the light in their hands and said they’d get it installed the following day. And they did. Will definitely bring my vehicle to them in the future.

Two recent experiences impressed me enough to write this review. First, a couple of weeks ago I had a dying battery. I drove over to the shop about 30 minutes before closing. Scott was able to get my battery tested, confirming that I needed a new battery. Unfortunately, they did not have my battery in stock. Scott assured me that he and his staff would have one delivered and would stay after closing time (on a Saturday!) to take care of me. Second, I was so impressed by this customer-friendly experience, that I scheduled another appointment to bring in my 2009 Honda CRV. The a/c had stopped blowing cold air last year, and the dealership had quoted me over $1,800 to replace the compressor. Additionally, the dealer had wanted me to have another $1,000 worth of maintenance. Scott assured me that they would check everything out and let me know what was truly needed to keep this older vehicle running smoothly. Long story, short, the a/c was repaired for $200, and some other items were also taken care of for a grand total of about $500. Needless to say, Scott and his crew have earned my trust and my future business.
