First class service facility. Had toilet pedestal break away from mounting flange filling coach with ‘aroma’. Full timer here with 2 dogs so repair timing is hyper sensitive to us. Had appt in 24 hours for next day 8:00 am, diagnosis and repair made asap upon arrival…out by noon! Big thanks to Curtis in service for making this happen quickly for us!

I purchased a new camper from these guys a couple weeks ago. The power jack began having issues shortly thereafter. No fault of CampersInn BTW. Anyhow called them and they immediately ordered a new one under warranty. They called a couple days later and installed it very quickly. While I was there they took the time to review the unit with me since I am a first time camper owner. Anyhow big thanks to Curtis, Paul, Mike and Owen. These guys are awesome!!! Forgot someone, Dylan Streeter was our salesman and he was also great, very knowledgeable and always accessible to us.

We were told we could finance and receive the discount and then just pay it off i know it sounds too good to be true but my wife called me on the phone and the salesman said yes that is true so we did it on closing day the finance man jeff crane told us no we have to pay on it for a year then we can pay it off not right in our opinion we could’ve just brought a check and payed for it. He was rude to us after we didn’t want any of the extras , that’s when everything in the conversation changed so if you don’t get the extras they want to sell expect to be told how ugly your trade in is lol We’ve owned 5 campers in our lives and bought all 5 brand em new this one was not but in really good shape for a 2019 i believe. we just will never buy another trailer from this place because of the finance guy he could’ve done a lot more to bring us back and it felt like he had our money and that’s it.

Service department is friendly, helpful and well organized. Just pull up to the left side of building as the location of the service department is not well marked. Like most places, a 6-8 week backup in appointments. But I needed some warranty info gathered and they worked me in. Many thanks. Comfortable lounge to wait in with free coffee. Has a small RV equipment store that contains most of what you’ll need.

We think they do. They went over and above to make sure we got the correct waterline valve.
I must disagree..I am giving them till end of business today to issue a fulll refund. I want to be done with them and move on with my life. As a 2x Breast cancer survivor, I know how to fight and win.🤨
They sell new and used. Have purchased a travel trailers from them in the past before I switched to Class A.
I'm not into RV sales or purchases...sorry.
Basically everything in Jacksonville has closed for the 10th and 11th due to the hurricane. There is only 1 bridge open, so not many people are able to get around.
