Went to get a Mani/Pedi approximately 2 weeks ago. It was quick and efficient Today , I went in to have my Gel nail polish changed and a fresh polish. Okay, they had a list and it was longer then I was willing to wait. So, I asked the Male Nail Tech about setting an appointment for Monday. He then informs me the salon does not take appointments. I'm a little confused on how they keep clients? Who has the time too just come and wait to be seen. I will find another Nail tech but really enjoyed my first Tech and wish appointments where accepted. if , I could schedule for Monday. He replies we do not take scheduled appointments. I inquired again to be sure. So, I just walked out and asked h to removey ne I honestly don't gety nails done and jus

Usually this is like my back up salon they usually have a long wait but I like the way Angela does my nails. Well today I signed in at 5:45 I needed a pedi and balance. I asked the guy in the first chair !! (Owner) was it ok that I signed in since they had ppl waiting and it was close to closing. He said yes. Well I’m signed in waiting and waiting around 7:30-7:40 I’m finally in the pedi chair.. Angela says after she takes my gel polish off my toes could I come Back tomorrow!!?? She did offer to paint my toes.. 😑 I’m like 🤔 she said yes it’s late- mind You others are finishing up I said no I can’t and it’s ok I’ll leave. I did mention That I wish I had known I wouldn’t be serviced I would have left instead of waiting so long. She didn’t know what to say so I Just said thanks.. so taking my gel off my toes and left! AVOID THIS PLACE! Time is someone you can’t replace..

I would not recommend this nail salon/shop to anyone of color.Treated me extremely nasty.Very rude and unprofessional experience with the older lady that works there. Even told me that I couldn’t have my lotion until after I paid my money.No I wasn't one of the ones that tried to leave without paying.I made full payment ,however I didn’t leave tip as I normally do every where else Ive gone. Please read and believe the previous post about them talking nasty and that everyone is their own boss there and that nothing could be done. I asked for the manager, which is what the male tech responded to me:”There is nothing can be done.She is her own boss.She is her own boss.” Never again.

This was absolutely the worst service I have been provided. They charged me $70 for the most awful set of nails I've ever seen. They were loud obnoxious and gossiping the entire time, cursing and being rude. The guy who did my nails had no idea what he was doing and I am very upset
