They lied and told me my card was denied due to insufficient funds but the manager put thru 0. I tried to show proof she was lying and they called me a liar. Now my stuff will go to auction because I can’t pay if she puts thru 0 and lies. I emailed several times asking to speak to another manager since Emily lied to my face but only Emily kept harrassing me by calling. I think she is some kind of sadist and that they already sold my stuff and just want to steal more money. I’ve retained an attorney and will see what I can do. And the lies you’re coming up with publicly to save face is beautiful. Taking notes for court

Eric did a great job managing this process.Our moving company transported all our belongings from Santa Rosa, CA to Stor-All Dublin. We were not able to be there in person to receive our goods. We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Unit sizes and prices vary by location. Please visit our site to view a list of our available sizes and prices. Otherwise, you are welcome to call your local self storage facility and speak with the knowledgeable staff.
Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. You may also arrange to have payment automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature. All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box; however, we do not recommend this for cash payments.
Unfortunately we do not offer a mover; however, we do offer a COMPLIMENTARY moving truck at move-in. Please contact a facility near you for full details. We would also be more than happy to recommend a local, reliable mover.
We do not require a notice for moving out; on the day you move out of your space please remove your lock from your storage unit and stop by the office to let your manager know. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
Most of our facilities offer access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, assuming your account is in good standing. Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays at most locations.
To guarantee that you are not going to incur any late fees, we offer the ability to sign up for auto-billing at all our locations or online.
We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.
