I have been taking my pets at Banfield in Hilliard for 14 years, I will switch to Banfield in Grove City. In the last couple of years it's been hard to get an appointment. Front desk persnonal lacking in customet service. I was told that they will not schedule appointments for nail trims. Went in today to have my pets nails trimmed, I was turned away, if i could make an appointment, I would have know not to take my pet in today. Only good thing about Hilliard is tech Amanda, she is awesome with my pets, I will miss her.

I cannot comment on their vet service I just needed prescription dog food and my vet has been unable to get it. They went thru the paperwork in a timely manner. Yeah it took a few, theyre probably understaffed like everyone now, but they were very nice to me and got me taken care of. Another point was they were able to hold a bag of food for us for a day which was a big help so we knew it was still there. We were looking for royal kanin urinary so small dog, 8ish lb bag. If youre having a hard time getting special food I recommend.

I couldn't have asked for a better, experienced vet for my injured kitty. He was gentle and thorough and she fell in love with him. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office in Hilliard to anyone wanting a vet!! I can't say enough good things about them!! Thanks for making my kitty and me feel better.

Hey pet parent, we offer this package A, package B, and package C, you dont want to be a bad pet parent do you? Don't worry it covers this and this and that. But it well not cover any of the important stuff should your baby get sick with ear infection, conjunctivitis, etc. As a bonus when you come for healthy visits will make sure we find something wrong with your baby. No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
